My Avkin device is out of warranty, and I don’t have an AvCare or AvCare+ plan. Can I still get support if it needs repair?

Yes! Even if your Avkin device is beyond the one-year Avkin Guarantee and you did not choose to extend your coverage with AvCare or AvCare+, our team is still here to help. We will work with you to troubleshoot your device and determine the best course of action.

If your device needs to be sent to our HQ for further evaluation, our technicians will provide a preliminary quote before proceeding. Should anything change during the assessment, we will notify you with an updated quote before completing any repairs. We're committed to supporting you and ensuring your device remains in working condition for as long as possible.
