If the thumb hole is too tight, you can secure the Avstick to your arm with just the velcro straps rather than inserting your arm into the mesh sleeve. This is normally only a problem with SP’s who have larger than average hands. We recommend that the SP wears a fitted long sleeve shirt similar to a sports undershirt for hygiene and comfort. If this method is used, please pay attention that the Avstick wraps around the arm in the correct fashion.
