My BPSim Unit will not charge or the AC charger is flashing green/red lights, what is causing the issue? How do I fix it?

Hardware/Charging Error

This can occur if the charging cable has been plugged into the BPSim™ device before being plugged into the wall. Disconnect the cable from the BPSim™ unit, plug the AC charger into the wall, then connect the power cord to the BPSim™ cuff.
