Troubleshooting: FHM Losing Connection
If your FHM keeps losing connection, ensure the device license is claimed on the monitor tablet (the one enclosed in the branded bag). Follow the steps below:
Claiming the License on Your Monitor iPad:
- Open the CTGI app on the monitor iPad.
- Tap Community and log in using the sign-in details provided with your device.
- Select the Licensing tab at the top of the screen.
- If a license is available, you will see a message indicating this. Tap Claim License.
- Choose your device color (found on the branded bag or included router).
- Enter your device's serial number. (To locate this information follow the steps below.)
Locating Your iPad’s Serial Number:
- Exit the CTGI app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
- Open the Settings app (gray icon with gears).
- Select General > About.
- Find the Serial Number in the list of device information.
- Press and hold the serial number until the option to Copy appears, then tap Copy.
Final Steps:
- Return to the CTGI app.
- Paste the serial number into the required field.
- Tap License Current Device to complete the process.
