Troubleshooting: FHM Losing Connection

If your FHM keeps losing connection, ensure the device license is claimed on the monitor tablet (the one enclosed in the branded bag). Follow the steps below:

Claiming the License on Your Monitor iPad:

  1. Open the CTGI app on the monitor iPad.
  2. Tap Community and log in using the sign-in details provided with your device.
  3. Select the Licensing tab at the top of the screen.
  4. If a license is available, you will see a message indicating this. Tap Claim License.
  5. Choose your device color (found on the branded bag or included router).
  6. Enter your device's serial number. (To locate this information follow the steps below.)

Locating Your iPad’s Serial Number:

  1. Exit the CTGI app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
  2. Open the Settings app (gray icon with gears).
  3. Select General > About.
  4. Find the Serial Number in the list of device information.
  5. Press and hold the serial number until the option to Copy appears, then tap Copy.

Final Steps:

  1. Return to the CTGI app.
  2. Paste the serial number into the required field.
  3. Tap License Current Device to complete the process.
