      Service Agreement Renewals

      Avkin devices are built to last, and we want to make sure you have the right coverage in place throughout their life. When it’s time to renew your service agreement, you have a few options depending on the stage of ownership.

      What is the Avkin Guarantee?

      Every Avkin device comes with the Avkin Guarantee, our standard manufacturer’s warranty, which covers your wearable simulators against manufacturing defects for the first year of ownership.

      • The Avkin Guarantee is automatically included with your purchase.

      • It provides essential protection for unexpected issues in your first year.

      • When the Avkin Guarantee ends, you can extend your coverage with AvCare or AvCare+.

      AvCare & AvCare+ Service Agreements

      Avkin offers two levels of service agreements to keep your devices performing at their best:

      AvCare

      • 2-year coverage

      • Renewable for 2 more years

      • Includes extended support, troubleshooting, and maintenance

      AvCare+

      • 4-year coverage

      • Includes priority support over all other service plans

      • Not renewable after the 4-year period

      • Must be purchased with your original order or within the first year of ownership

      What if My Device is No Longer Eligible?

      If your device has passed the window for AvCare or AvCare+, we’re still here to help. Our support team can:

      • Provide troubleshooting assistance

      • Connect you with a technician for evaluation

      • Supply a preliminary repair quote if needed

      How to Renew

      To check your coverage or renew your service agreement:
