Troubleshooting: Avkin Device Won’t Connect to the App

If your Avkin device is not connecting to the Avkin App, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Wireless Connection and Location

  2. Power Cycle Your Avkin Device

    • Turn your Avkin device off, wait a few seconds, then power it back on.

  3. Launch the Avkin App

  4. Check Device Availability

    • The product logo should turn blue, indicating it is available to select.

    • If multiple Avkin devices are powered on, select the correct device’s product ID from the list.

  5. Restart Your Tablet or Phone

    • Sometimes restarting the device helps reset the connection and resolves pairing issues.

  6. Still Having Trouble?

    • Ensure your device’s battery is charged.

    • Move your tablet/phone closer to the Avkin device to ensure a strong wireless signal.
