AvCare and AvCare+ are two service agreement options offered by Avkin to provide ongoing support for your wearable simulators.

AvCare is a 2-year service agreement that can be renewed once for an additional 2 years of coverage. After this renewal, it is no longer eligible for further extensions.

AvCare+ is a 4-year service agreement that offers extended coverage with the added benefit of priority support over all other service plans. Please note, AvCare+ is not renewable after the 4-year period.
AvCare or AvCare+ must be purchased with your original order or within the first year of device ownership. If your device is no longer eligible for either option, we are still here to help! Our team can assist you with troubleshooting, and if necessary, connect you with a technician to provide a preliminary quote for further evaluation and potential repairs.
